Improving the physical and functional fitness of 11-12-year-old swimmers using aquafitnes

The article considers the possibility of optimizing swimmers' physical exertion at stage preliminary basic training using aqua fitness.The purpose study is to develop and experimentally test effectiveness a swimming program elements aquafitness improve functional fitness swimmers aged 11-12 years.
 Research methods: theoretical analysis generalization data from literary sources; pedagogical physiological research methods, namely: bicycle ergometry, pulsometry, sphygmomanometry, spirography, chronometry; methods mathematical statistics.
 Two groups male took part in experiment - control experimental. Both included 32 athletes, years, whose sports experience was 2-3 qualification level third category.
 results. athletes experimental group, which were used during lessons, after 24 weeks training, probable improvement results tests characterizing speed (by 3,01%, p<0,05), explosive power 3,73 %, p<0,05); dynamic endurance muscles shoulder girdle 34,73%); speed-strength 27,14%, abdominal press 17,66%, p<0,05) lower limbs 9,58%, p< 0,05); active flexibility spine 44,86%, mobility joints 20,39%, general according result "continuous five-minute run" 3,73%, p<0,05).
 Conclusion. It established that sessions 11-12-year-old more effectively than classes generally accepted educational program.
